He acts for a variety of private lenders, traditional banking and ASX 100 listed companies and provides sound advice across a broad range of financial transactions including property development, construction, renewable energy assets and pharmaceutical. He can also provide Personal Property Security Act securities and the registration on the Personal Property Security Register.
